Emergency Process

Our regular opening hours are:

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday

We are on-call for emergency service after-hours. If you have an emergency after-hours, please call (604) 739-7111 and the veterinarian on duty will return your call as soon as possible.

 If you cannot wait for the return call, please call Vancouver Animal Emergency clinic at (604) 734-5104 or Central Animal Emergency clinic in Coquitlam at (604) 931-1911.
